Although it is difficult to convey this work in a photograph, it captures the vivid sparkle of dichroic glass.

The colors that can be created by using glass with a metallic coating called dichroic glass have a different beauty to regular glitter. This coating loses its light if it is heated too much with a burner, so it is difficult to control the heat, and so not many can be made.
